The space is adorned with lush greenery and ambient beats, creating a serene atmosphere. Principal bartender Sondre Kasin crafts inventive cocktails, and the wine list features an extensive selection of Special Club grower Champagnes. Complimentary snacks, such as fried Korean rice cakes glazed with gochujang, accompany the drinks. Undercote operates on a first-come, first-served basis, seating completed parties up to six. It's open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. until late.
