    Tucked behind a fortune teller's lair at 510 Hudson Street, Employees Only is a West Village speakeasy that opened in 2004. Its Art Deco interior, featuring overhead luggage racks and backlit paintings, sets the stage for expertly crafted cocktails like the Ginger Smash and Amelia. The kitchen serves elevated New American fare with subtle Eastern European touches, including Hand Cut Steak Tartare and Bone Marrow Poppers. Open nightly from 6 PM to 4 AM, reservations are accepted for dinner, while the bar area operates on a walk-in basis.
