Known for their high-gravity, experimental beers, meads, and wines, they brew about 80 different beers, including the award-winning Double Rice IPA (DRIPA). The brewery also features a diverse selection of meads, with over 20 varieties available at any given time. Their flagship beer, DRIPA, won a gold medal at the 2012 World Beer Cup. The taproom is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 am, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
