    Tucked a few blocks south of the University of Arizona, Screwbean Brewing occupies a nearly 100-year-old building that once housed a Chinese market. The modern-industrial taproom features a cozy interior with exposed brick and wood accents, complemented by three spacious brick patios shaded by mature mesquite trees. They offer a variety of in-house brewed beers, hard seltzer cocktails, and espresso-based beverages. Local food vendors provide a selection of grab-and-go bites, including pastries and vegan options. The brewery has hosted collaborations like the 'HighPA' with Cheba Hut, a West Coast IPA with strawberry notes and a hint of hemp. In February 2025, they introduced a traditional Kölsch-style service, offering 8-ounce glasses of Kölsch beer served continuously until guests signal they're done.
