Housed in a historic building that once hosted the Earll & Kellogg Distillery, the space exudes character. Co-owned by chef Chris Uyehara and engineer John Menapace, the distillery crafts spirits using locally sourced grains like corn, wheat, malt, and rye. Their award-winning Chocolate Crème Brûlée Liqueur and Bourbon Whiskey are standout offerings. Visitors can enjoy tastings, purchase bottles, and tour the facility to learn about the distilling process.
