    Pike Brewing Company, established in 1989, was a cornerstone of Seattle's craft beer scene, known for its flagship beers like Kilt Lifter Scotch Ale and Monk's Uncle Tripel Ale. The brewery's original location at 1415 1st Avenue, adjacent to Pike Place Market, featured The Pike Pub and a Microbrewery Museum. In 2023, Pike Brewing relocated its brewing operations to a new facility in SoDo, while The Pike Pub and Pike Fish Bar continued to operate at the original location. However, both the pub and fish bar closed permanently on November 30, 2025. The Pike Taproom Summit, located at the Seattle Convention Center, remains open, continuing to serve Pike Brewing's beers.
