    Established in 1888, Jules Maes Saloon is Seattle's oldest bar, nestled in the Georgetown neighborhood. The historic building, known as "The Brick Store," has been a local fixture for over a century. After a brief closure in 2020, the saloon reopened under new ownership in January 2021. The menu features comfort food with a bistro flair, including favorites like burgers and flatbread pizzas. The bar is known for its freshly squeezed cocktails, such as the fresh-squeezed Greyhound. Live music has returned to the back room, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
