    Seattle's first dedicated gluten-free brewery, Ghostfish Brewing Company crafts a variety of beers using 100% gluten-free grains like millet, buckwheat, and rice. Their spacious taproom in SoDo offers a full menu of elevated pub fare, all gluten-free, including favorites like beer-battered fish & chips and truffle fries. In late 2025, they expanded by acquiring a former Pike Brewing facility, significantly increasing their production capacity.
