The menu boasts classic cocktails such as the Vesper Martini and Clover Club, alongside inventive creations like the Down Comforter—a mix of smoked Wagon bourbon, Amaro Lucano Anniversario, pistachio orgeat, and Australian coffee bitters. For a unique experience, try the Goose Bumps: two shots of premium vodka paired with caviar. Shareable plates from Crust Simply Italian's kitchen include tangerine-spiced olives, fried calamari, and a charcuterie board. The name pays homage to the Prohibition era, when speakeasies were often named after animals to signal safe havens for drinking.
