Established in 1956 by wrestler Hank Hanestad and boxer Ralph Figari, the Ha-Ra Club is a historic dive bar in San Francisco's Tenderloin district. The name 'Ha-Ra' combines their names. Inside, you'll find original wood floors, a vintage Brunswick-Balke-Collender bar from the late 1880s, and a phone booth converted into a photo booth. A loaded pistol, discovered under the cash register during renovations, is now framed behind the bar. The bar offers pool tables, 4K TVs for sports viewing, and a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors.
