    Uinta Brewing Company, established in 1993, is a pioneer in Utah's craft beer scene. Located on Salt Lake City's west side, their 5-acre facility houses a Brewhouse Pub offering a full menu of elevated pub fare and a General Store stocked with Uinta merchandise. The brewery is known for classics like Cutthroat Pale Ale and Golden Spike Hefeweizen, as well as innovative brews from their Research and Development Lab. Committed to sustainability, Uinta was the first Utah company to operate entirely on renewable energy in 2001.
