    Scion Cider Bar is a cider-focused establishment in Salt Lake City's Central 9th neighborhood, offering a curated selection of over 225 modern and traditional ciders, apple-based spirits, and specialty sippers from small orchards and artisans worldwide. The bar features a rotating menu of draft ciders ranging from 4% to 12% ABV, complemented by a wide selection of craft ciders in bottles and cans. Their curated snack menu includes imported artisan cheeses and charcuterie, salty Spanish pintxos with conservas (tinned smoked and fermented fish), focaccia, gourmet potato chips, crackers, nuts, and olives. Outside food from neighborhood restaurants is welcome. The pet-friendly patio is equipped with heaters for chilly weather. Scion Cider Bar is a 21+ only venue, and valid ID is required for all guests.
