The 10-barrel, steam-fired brewhouse is housed in a historic building that was once a tortilla factory, now transformed into a welcoming space featuring a cozy tasting room and a dog-friendly courtyard biergarten. Their beer lineup includes the Buffalo Craft Lager, a nod to the original Buffalo Brewing Company, and the award-winning Thurston Adambier. The brewery also hosts a running club, the Sloppy Moose Running Club, which meets on Thursday evenings for a 5k run followed by a pint.
