    Rochester's first craft brewery, established in 1991, is housed in a historic mill building within the Public Market District. The Beer Hall offers wood-fired dishes and a rotating selection of house-made beers, including their flagship Scotch Ale. Adjacent to the brewery, the Buffalo Road Brewpub serves German and American pub fare, complemented by a full bar and a variety of Rohrbach brews.
