    Located in Richmond's Scott's Addition Historic District, Starr Hill Beer Hall & Rooftop offers a spacious beer hall and a rooftop bar with panoramic city views. The venue features a custom 10-barrel brewing system and five American white oak foeders, allowing for a diverse selection of beers, including hazy IPAs, fruited sours, stouts, and lagers. The rooftop terrace is pet-friendly for well-behaved, leashed dogs. Food trucks are available on-site, and outside food is not permitted. The venue is open Monday through Wednesday from 4 PM to 9 PM, Thursday from 4 PM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday from 12 PM to 11 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 8 PM. Street parking is available in the area.
