Tucked behind a 1960s antique red door with brass octopus handles, The Eighth Room is an intimate 2,500-square-foot lounge on 8th Avenue South. Once the iconic Douglas Corner, it now boasts a 60,000-watt Martin Audio sound system and vintage designer furnishings from the '60s and '70s. The venue hosts live music, featuring both established artists and rising stars, in a setting that blends vintage Hollywood glamour with modern flair. A sophisticated dress code is enforced, and the venue is open Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am.
