    Perched six stories above Washington Avenue, Hewing Rooftop Bar offers panoramic views of downtown Minneapolis. The space features both indoor and outdoor seating, with fire pits and string lights enhancing the ambiance. Known for its house Old Fashioned made with private barrel Knob Creek bourbon and rye, the bar also serves local craft beers and wines. Hotel guests have exclusive access to the rooftop spa pool and Nordic-inspired sauna, open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight. Note that the spa pool is closed on Thursdays from 7 a.m. to noon for maintenance.
