The long wood bar runs the length of the space, with stained glass lights overhead, and a griddle at the end of the bar offers snacks like grilled summer sausage for $5.25, fried cheese curds for $6, or the iconic 'Bou Burger' for $6.50. The bar attracts a diverse crowd, from college students to professionals, all drawn by its relaxed, come-as-you-are vibe. Bartender Winslow Wise, with his handlebar mustache and turtleneck sweater, has been serving patrons for over 25 years, adding to the bar's unique charm.
