    Nestled beneath the Rio Hotel & Casino, The Wine Cellar & Tasting Room offers a Tuscan-inspired ambiance with rustic rock tiles and brick archways. The cellar houses over 10,000 bottles valued at more than $10 million, featuring rare finds like a 1800 Madeira from Thomas Jefferson's collection and a 1855 to 1990 vertical of Château d'Yquem. Guests can enjoy curated wine flights, fine wines, and a selection of tequilas, whiskeys, and bourbons, complemented by artisanal cheese boards and charcuterie. The space is open Thursday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., with reservations available online.
