    Tucked behind an unmarked steel door at 111 S Las Vegas Blvd, White Whale is a craft cocktail lounge that opened in October 2025, occupying the former Downtown Cocktail Room space. The interior draws inspiration from the Japanese art of kintsugi, blending industrial minimalism with warm wood, stone, and leather accents. The menu features inventive cocktails like the White Whale Dirty Martini, made with fat-washed The Botanist Gin or Haku Vodka, kombu, and MSG, and the Spicy Sammy, combining Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Aperol, lime, and firewater tincture. The lounge also offers a hidden 22-seat bar called the Captain’s Quarters, providing a more intimate experience.
