    North 5th Brewing Co. is North Las Vegas' first craft brewery, established in late 2021 by siblings Amanda and Matt Payan. Housed in a repurposed warehouse, the brewery offers a variety of beers, including lagers like Mexican Lager and German Pilsner, and ales such as West Coast IPA and Hazy IPA. The taproom features an open layout, allowing patrons to view the brewing process. While there's no in-house kitchen, the brewery partners with local food trucks and permits guests to bring their own food. Regular events like trivia nights and disc golf add to the community vibe. The friendly staff, including standout beertender Paige, enhance the welcoming atmosphere.
