    Brewery Food truck Renovation Community Legacy
    Formerly Elst Brewing Company, this spot at 2419 N Central St has been reimagined as The Black Dog Brewhouse. The new owners, BBN Hospitality, are honoring the legacy of the original 1970s bar, The Black Poodle, by infusing fresh energy into the space. While the on-site restaurant is under construction, the Chivo food truck is serving up tacos, salsa, and other favorites in the meantime.
