    Straight to Ale is a 45,000-square-foot brewery housed in a repurposed middle school in Huntsville, Alabama. Founded in 2009 by local homebrewers, it has grown into one of the state's largest production breweries. The facility includes a taproom offering a variety of house-made beers, a scratch-made kitchen called Ale's Kitchen, and a speakeasy named Shelta Cavern Spirits. The space also features a pinball arcade and pool room known as Ronnie Rayguns. The brewery is open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
