    After nearly 40 years in Montrose, Cecil's Pub reopened in May 2025 at 2405 Genesee St., just a short distance from its original location. The new spot, formerly Elro Pizza & Crudo, boasts a larger patio and a full kitchen, allowing for a menu centered around pizza and other bar bites. While the iconic pool tables are absent for now, patrons can enjoy darts and a computer game machine. The bar offers a curated cocktail list and a selection of four draft beers, including favorites like Lone Star and Pabst Blue Ribbon. The familiar staff from the previous location have returned, maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that longtime patrons cherish.
