The menu emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients, featuring signature dishes like the Herringbone Eggs Benedict and Mochi Pancakes. The bar serves a curated selection of wines, cocktails, and beers, including local Hawaiian brands. Happy Hour, known as "Oyster Hour," offers $3 oysters and a variety of bites, available daily from 4-6 PM and 9 PM to closing. Weekend brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with outdoor seating providing a pleasant dining experience under the open rooftop canopy.
