Frisco's first family-owned nanobrewery, Three Empires Brewing, opened in the fall of 2023 in the historic Ford Building at Main and 5th Street. The Wible family, local residents and homebrewers for a decade, named the brewery to reflect their journey through three homes. Inside, the cozy taproom features communal tables and large windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They offer a rotating selection of small-batch, handcrafted beers, including hoppy IPAs and rich stouts. The brewery hosts community-centric events like trivia nights and music bingo, fostering a vibrant local scene. Guests can also enjoy outdoor seating in nearby Imagine Park, making it a perfect spot for families and friends to gather.
