Led by seasoned barman Ryan Metcalf, the bar serves both classic and inventive cocktails, including movie-inspired creations like the "Life Finds a Way," a fruity and tropical drink with a playful dinosaur frozen into the ice cube. The menu also offers a substantial selection of beer and wine by the glass. For those seeking a light bite, options like spiced nuts, marinated olives, and charcuterie boards are available. The Red Room is open to the public on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 11 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 pm to 12 am, making it a great spot for both mid-week relaxation and weekend revelry. The space is also available for bookings for private events.
