Their tasting room features a grand mahogany bar from the 1890s, rescued just before demolition, and a striking 25-foot copper still known as "The Judge." They craft award-winning spirits—including vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, and liqueurs—using locally sourced ingredients like potatoes, barley, and corn. The distillery offers tours, mixology classes, and a selection of handcrafted cocktails made with their spirits.
