Over the years, they've expanded to a 10-barrel system, producing up to 2,000 barrels annually. Their sour beer program is particularly notable, with 24 dedicated barrels. The tasting room offers a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, and food is provided daily by The Pizza Peel Pizza Co. Flatland's commitment to quality and innovation has earned them accolades, including the 2017 Best in Show award at the California State Fair.
