    Speakeasy Tiki-inspired Artisan cocktails Intimate atmosphere
    Tucked behind the Shinola Hotel's lobby, Evening Bar is a cozy, dimly lit speakeasy accessed through Parker's Alley. The space features low-slung sofas, lounge seating, and a back-lit marble bar, creating an intimate atmosphere. The cocktail menu, crafted by Chef Andrew Carmellini and local mixologists, emphasizes artisanal and local distilleries, organic fruit and vegetable extracts, and a studied approach to classic recipes. During the colder months, the bar transforms into Model T-iki, a tiki-inspired oasis paying homage to Detroit's rich tiki history. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
