    Established in 1977, Sully's is the oldest Irish bar in the Des Moines metro area. Located at 860 1st St in West Des Moines, it offers a cozy neighborhood atmosphere with a dog-friendly patio. Known for its extensive beer selection, including Guinness, Smithwick's, and Harp on tap, Sully's also serves Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey on tap—the only bar in Iowa to do so. The menu features fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with popular items like wings, cheese curds, and burgers. Sully's hosts the largest St. Patrick's Day party in the area and is an official Minnesota Vikings watch bar. Open daily from 11 AM to 2 AM, the pub is family-friendly until 9 PM.
