    Southern Star Brewing Company, established in 2008, was the first Texas brewery to can craft beer. After an eight-month renovation, they reopened in August 2024 with a refreshed taproom and a new kitchen offering Italian-inspired dishes. Their flagship Bombshell Blonde Ale remains a favorite, alongside other brews like Buried Hatchet Stout and seasonal releases. The spacious taproom features both indoor and outdoor seating, accommodating up to 300 guests. Live music and a disc golf course add to the vibrant atmosphere.
