    Opened in 1994, Flat Branch Pub & Brewing is Columbia's original brewpub, housed in a 1927 brick warehouse that once served as a Hudson car dealership. The industrial-chic interior complements a spacious outdoor patio, making it a favored spot for both locals and visitors. Their diverse menu features house-made dishes like Catfish and Chips and Bratwurst and Kraut, alongside award-winning beers brewed on-site, including unique options like strawberry ale and green chili ale. The in-house baked breads and desserts, such as the signature Charbroiled Romaine Salad, are also noteworthy.
