    Nine Giant Brewing was a modern brewpub in Cincinnati's Pleasant Ridge neighborhood, known for its upscale pub fare and a rotating selection of original craft beers. The cozy space featured an open kitchen and a bar area where patrons could enjoy dishes like the Drunken Grilled Cheese and Smoked Spicy Garlic Wings. In 2021, they expanded with the Fermentorium, a dedicated space for barrel-aged beers and unique cocktails. The brewery earned multiple gold medals at the US Open Beer Championship, including for their Bohemian-Style Pilsener and Barrel-Aged Belgian Quad.
