The space features a 10-barrel brewhouse producing exclusive experimental drafts, alongside classic Guinness offerings. The culinary program, led by chef Taylor Bischof, presents a menu that fuses Irish roots with global influences, including items like giardiniera dip with potato chips and corned beef Benedict. The brewery also houses the first-ever Guinness bakery, serving freshly baked bread and pastries daily. A striking nearly 10,000-pound harp sculpture hangs above the main taproom bar, adding to the venue's distinctive ambiance.
