Since 1982, it's been a local favorite, offering a wide range of tequilas and Mexican beers. On Friday nights, the bar transforms into a lively karaoke and dance spot, featuring DJ Pablo Serrano who plays an eclectic mix from regional Mexican music to classic rock and R&B. Despite its storied history, the bar has faced challenges, including a temporary closure in early 2025 following a fatal shooting outside. Since reopening, it has implemented safety measures, including reduced operating hours and capacity limits, to address community concerns.
