    Located in a historic 1920s bank vault in downtown Asheville, Rankin Vault Cocktail Lounge has been a local favorite since 2008. Known for its creative, seasonally rotating cocktail menu featuring fresh ingredients, the lounge is particularly celebrated for its house Margarita and Specialty Martinis. The food menu emphasizes farm-fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with the standout Vault Burger made from 100% grass-fed beef from Hickory Nut Gap. The space features a custom walnut bar, local draft beers, and a patio seating area. The original bank vault, built by the Mosler Safe Company in the 1920s, offers unique seating for groups.
