Founded in 1998 in Fox, Alaska, this family-owned establishment serves a selection of handcrafted beers, including the Coldfoot Pilsner and 40 Below Imperial Stout, brewed with pure spring water from the Silver Gulch Spring. The menu features house-made brick oven pizzas, Alaskan seafood dishes, and beer-centric small plates. A fully-licensed package store is also available, offering freshly poured growlers of Silver Gulch beer, Alaskan-made spirits, and local wines.
